Over 17 lakh students who appeared for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination held in February/March 2014 are anxiously hooked to the internet even as the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) gearing itself up to declare the exam results online at 1 pm today afternoon.
How to get the result?
The results will be made available on the following sites:
http://mahresult.nic.in; http://msbshse.ac.in; http://www.mh-ssc.ac.in; http://www.mkcl.org
Students can follow anyone of the above link where they would be requested to enter their exam seat number. Once exam seat number is entered, the scorecard will appear on the screen.The results can also be obtained over SMS on BSNL mobile (type MHHSC and send on 57766), Airtel (Innova) Maharashtra and Mumbai Circle (type MHHSC and send it on 55077) and Innova Mumbai Circle (type MHSC and send it on 8800654242).
How to get Marksheet?
Once the results appear onscreen, students can also take the printouts of the same. The actual marksheet will be given to students a week after the online declaration. But the printouts taken from internet can be used for admission process.Generally, the printout of a marksheet is considered invalid, but this year the board has removed the clause so that admissions are not held up.“Students will be able to see their subject-wise marks online. We suggest colleges to start the admission on a provisional basis, which can be confirmed once the original marksheets are handed out,” MSBSHSE chairman Sarjerao Jadhav said.
How to get answer sheet?Another first this time is students would be able to get a photocopy of their answer sheets under the Right to Information Act.
“If the result does not match a student’s expectations, he/she can apply for their answer sheets through RTI,” said Jadhav, adding that verified photocopies of the result would be given.However, the applications for verification of marks should be made by June 8 for which the board shall charge Rs 400 per subject.
Students can appear for the class improvement scheme which is available for students from 2014. This year, too, the students can appear for class improvement with all subjects in October 2014.Mumbai: HSC Maharashtra candidates don’t need to wait for more time, as authorities have announced the Maharashtra HSC results March-2014 examinations. Interested candidates may visit the official website and get connected with their results.
As per the reports, around 17 lakh HSC Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) students are waiting for the results and examinations were conducted across 198 centres and 481 sub-centres.
How to get HSC Maharashtra results 2014?
1) Candidates may visit HSC Maharashtra official result website i.e. http://mahresult.nic.in/hsc2014/hsc12.htm and enter the Seat Number to get Your Result.
2) Candidates may also get the results via SMS. Student just need to SMS MHHSC followed by your Seat No and send to 573335000 by all mobile networks excluding BSNL.
