UPSC Preliminary Exam (CSAT) 2014 is conducting today on various centres . Over 4 lakh Candidates have been enrolled in Civil Services IAS Exam 2014 and trying their best to Clear the Best. IAS (Indian Administrative Service) entrance exam conducted by UPSC. IAS (Indian Administrative Service) is an entrance exam for central govt. job.
